Digital Marketing

strategy and data-driven

My roots are in mastering digital marketing mediums. I started out as an Account Coordinator with a boutique marketing agency. There, I learned the ropes in website development, social media marketing, public relations, email campaigns, i.e. the whole nine yards.

As my career has evolved, I’ve continued to gather more technical skills along the way. I like to think of myself as the handywoman on the team. If there’s a problem, (yo) I’ll solve it. New platforms and programs don’t intimidate me (if you’ve managed a Facebook page, you’ve been through it all). And I enjoy adding more tools to my toolkit.

Here just a few of my proficiencies: Adobe Creative Suite, Sprout Social, Mailchimp, Fishbowl, WordPress, Squarespace, SinglePlatform, Google Business, and more.

Social Media Management

organized and intentional

My main specialty lies in social media. It’s my canvas to paint. When it comes to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, YouTube, Pinterest, and most recently, Tik Tok, I’m your gal!

Currently, I manage social for 15 restaurant locations within Lettuce Entertain You, a nationwide restaurant group based in Chicago, IL. That line-up includes four different markets, 15 Facebook Pages, eight Instagram accounts, 13 Twitter feeds, and a boatload of notifications. (You do not want to see my email inbox.)

I use an Editorial Calendar to keep my life sane and organized, and Sprout Social is my home base for everything.

Content Development

creativity and community

Regardless of industry, content is king. It’s our bread and butter. We work in a visual business that thrives on high-quality messaging and individuality. Not every brand is the same so it shouldn’t look or sound the same online. And that’s exactly what makes creating content so exciting. The opportunities are endless.

The very first time I picked up a DSLR camera was for my high school yearbook. Then a local bakery at my first agency job. Then an IT event services organization. Then a produce management and distribution company. And now finally, an entire nationwide division of restaurants.

Photography and video production have become an integral part of my job. These skills are my secret weapon and continue to bring impactful and substantial results everywhere I go.
